Login Requirements


If you experience difficulty logging in you may need to update your Web browser.


Recommended software for PC users:

  • Internet Explorer, version 10 or higher
  • Flash player version
  • Adobe Reader version 6.0.1 or above

Note: If you are using an Internet Explorer browser of version 10 or less, you will need to upgrade your Web browser.


Instructions for Employees and Retirees with HOME COMPUTERS using INTERNET EXPLORER 10. These instructions DO NOT need to be performed each time before logging into MyInfo.

  1. Open Internet Explorer 10 (browser), the software application used to display web pages.
  2. From the menu bar of the browser window, click Tools and select "Compatibility View Settings" from the drop down box.
  3. Select the checkbox "Display all websites in Compatibility View" and click on the "Close" button.
  4. Close all browser sessions by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of each window.
  5. Open MyInfo in a new browser session. Internet Explorer 10 will now work with MyInfo.

Make sure you allow for pop-ups

In order to use all the features of this website you will need to allow for pop ups to be safe from this site.   If you have a pop up blocker and it is turned on it will keep you from seeing some of the functionality within the portal.





Password Requirements

  • at least one uppercase alphabetic character
  • at least one lowercase alphabetic character
  • at least one numeric character
  • at least 8 characters long

If you have never received or forgot your User ID / Password please call the MyInfo Service Center at 1-877-MYINFO4 (1-877-694-6364); if you are outside North America, call US +1 770-250-7160.   The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7am – 7pm Eastern Time. When calling the MyInfo Service Center, try to have your Personnel Number handy - it will speed the transaction.
